A $5 million dollar settlement has been reached in a workplace a wrongful death in which the plaintiff was killed in a workplace accident involving a forklift.
The case was led by the law office of Lipkin and Higgins.

Attorney Kevin Apter noted the importance of the documentary in the case. “The video introduced not only the deceased, but his widow and young children to the fifteen lawyers who were arguing against the plaintiff at mediation,” said Apter. “The video likely increased the settlement by 25% or more.”
